We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to manage the complete B2B sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations and deal closure. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, comfortable presenting to decision-makers, and driven to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through outbound calls to SMEs, corporates, and channel partners.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers; qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations (in person or online) tailored to each client's requirements.
- Present solutions clearly, addressing client pain points and handling objections professionally.
- Prepare and share proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Follow up on leads, demos, and pending quotes within agreed timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, demos, and pipeline in the CRM.
- Achieve daily activity targets and monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and build lasting client relationships.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B telesales, inside sales, or business development.
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, kannada, Malayalam, Telugu
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace, and video-conferencing platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience selling software and SaaS
- Knowledge of the Photography market.
