- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Explain company services, packages, and processes to prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Handle client queries and provide timely and professional responses.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and follow-up reports.

- Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Consulting, Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Graduate in any discipline.
