Job Description: We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team at our Indore office. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, explaining services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain call records and reports.
- Handle customer queries politely.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Requirements:Positive communication skills in Hindi/English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure and targets.
- Prior telecalling experience is preferred.
