Accounts & Finance Manager – Money & Materials

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 8–10 Years

Qualification: B.Com + M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred

CTC: ₹5–6 LPA + Annual Performance Bonus up to 10%

As we grow, we are looking for a strong Accounts & Finance Manager who can ensure that the organisation always has the money and materials required for growth, while maintaining strong financial discipline and control.

The Role:

This is a hands-on finance management position. Strong accounting knowledge and practical experience are absolutely essential.

The person will be responsible for managing:

Accounting → Cash Flow → Receivables → Payables → Working Capital → Inventory → Commercial Controls → MIS

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting, ledgers, bank reconciliation, GST, TDS and statutory accounting requirements.
- Manage cash flow, collections, payments and working-capital requirements.
- Monitor customer receivables, ageing and collection schedules.
- Manage vendor payables, payment planning and vendor reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS and management reports.
- Track project-wise revenue, costs and profitability.
- Prepare budgets and monitor actuals against budgets.
- Monitor inventory value, stock movement, material consumption and slow-moving stock.
- Work closely with Purchase, Stores, Production, Engineering and Project teams to control material costs.




- Establish commercial and financial controls for purchasing, inventory and payments.
- Support management in factory expansion, capex planning, banking and financing requirements.
- Identify financial risks, cash-flow gaps, cost overruns and opportunities for better utilisation of company funds.
- Ideal Candidate8–10 years of solid accounting and finance experience.
- B.Com with M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practical accounting.
- Strong experience in GST, TDS, reconciliation, receivables, payables and financial reporting.
- Good understanding of working capital and cash-flow management.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, EPC, construction or project-based organisations will be an advantage.
- Strong Excel/MIS skills.
- Analytical, disciplined and highly organised.
- Comfortable working hands-on in a growing company where systems are still being built.
- Should have the maturity and commercial understanding to work directly with senior management.

Compensation CTC: ₹5–6 LPA

Annual Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary, linked to individual, team and company performance.
