INDOTRAY Technical Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller – Mining & Drilling Products Company: HP Polymers Pvt. Ltd. – INDOTRAY We are looking for a confident, fluent English-speaking and sales-oriented professional to join our team and handle B2B customer communication for our Mining & Mineral Exploration products. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate confidently with Geologists, Mining Companies, Drilling Contractors, Exploration Companies and Procurement Teams, understand their requirements and create genuine interest in our products. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound B2B calls and generate qualified leads. • Communicate with geologists, drilling companies and mining professionals. • Understand customer requirements and explain INDOTRAY Core Trays & Accessories. • Develop robust technical/product knowledge and confidently present product benefits. • Handle customer queries, objections and initial technical discussions. • Convert calls into enquiries, sample requests, quotations and business opportunities. • Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain customer relationships. • Coordinate with the sales/export team for enquiries and order requirements. • Maintain lead data,



call records and follow-up status. Candidate Profile • Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory. • Confident, persuasive and professional personality. • Strong convincing, presentation and relationship-building skills. • Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products. • Ability to explain technical information in a simple and convincing manner. • Comfortable speaking with senior professionals and technical decision-makers. • B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Telecalling / Business Development experience preferred. • Experience in Mining, Geology, Drilling, Industrial Products or Technical Sales will be an advantage.
