Key Responsibilities

Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, resolving queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell bank financial products and services (such as credit cards, loans, or insurance) to existing and potential customers.

Relationship Management: Build professional rapport with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly productivity, service quality, and sales targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

Education: HSC (12th) or Graduates (Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome).

Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English.

Location: Candidates residing in or around Dombivli Palava (or willing to commute) preferred.

Compensation & Advantages

Salary (In-Hand): ₹16,000 per month.

CTC: ₹20,000 per month.

Incentives: Earn unlimited monthly incentives based on performance.

Additional Benefits: ₹1,000 monthly Travel Allowance
