Experience: 3–5 Years

• Sheet Metal Die Development & Maintenance
• Jigs & Fixtures
• SPM Assembly
• Assembly Drawing
• Hand Filing & Lapping
• Tapping, Drilling & Helicoil
• Vernier Caliper & Micrometer
• Feeler / Thread / Pin Gauge
• Die Troubleshooting & Fitting
Key Responsibilities:
• Sheet metal die development and maintenance
• Fitting machine components as per assembly drawings
• Reading CAD drawings, assembly drawings & geometric symbols
• Measuring and marking components accurately
• Troubleshooting fitting and assembly issues
• Preparing preventive maintenance/breakdown reports
