1. Minimum 1 year of experience in the Motor Insurance sector.
2. Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS/data handling.
3. Good understanding of motor insurance products, insurers, policy data, premium, commission/payout, etc.
4. Ability to update, maintain, and manage insurer grids and related data in the internal system with accuracy.
5. Good attention to detail and data accuracy, as the role involves regular grid updates and maintenance.
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
7. Good communication and coordination skills.
8. Willingness to gradually take up additional MIS reporting and data analysis responsibilities.
