About the role

Parent-facing role combining a welcoming front desk with target-focused admissions sales: manage front-office enquiries, counsel prospective parents and convert admission leads through consistent follow-ups.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Welcome parents; handle walk-ins, phone enquiries and admission queries professionally

•⁠ ⁠Understand each family's needs and explain curriculum, facilities, fee structure and the admission process accurately

•⁠ ⁠Make outbound calls to admission leads, arrange campus visits and follow up from enquiry to enrolment

•⁠ ⁠Conduct parent counselling and coordinate school tours with the branch team

•⁠ ⁠Keep CRM records updated with call notes, lead status and next follow-up action

•⁠ ⁠Support admission documentation and coordinate with academic and admin teams for smooth onboarding





•⁠ ⁠Address parent concerns calmly and escalate where needed

•⁠ ⁠Work toward agreed admission targets while maintaining a positive parent experience

What we are looking for

•⁠ ⁠Clear spoken English, robust listening and interpersonal skills

•⁠ ⁠Confidence handling parents face-to-face and on the phone

•⁠ ⁠Comfort with outbound calls, regular follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠Organised, patient, professional approach

•⁠ ⁠Reliable commute to Harlur or Panathur

Preferred

•⁠ ⁠Experience in school admissions, education counselling, front office, inside sales or customer service

•⁠ ⁠Kannada communication; Hindi an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Track record of handling parent objections and converting enquiries to admissions
