- Job ResponsibilitiesVisit construction sites, contractors, builders, dealers, and other potential customers to generate sales.
- Promote and market the company's building material products.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with contractors, engineers, builders, and dealers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate new leads and follow up with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the office/team for order processing.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain daily visit/reporting records.
- Keep track of market prices, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Other Building Materials
- Candidate RequirementsBasic knowledge of building materials such as cement, TMT bars, MS pipes, paints, etc.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with contractors, builders, dealers, and customers.
- Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory for field visits.
- Valid driving licence is required.
- Basic knowledge of Bengaluru local areas and construction market is preferred.
- Should be proactive, confident, and willing to travel for field sales.
- Freshers with basic construction-material knowledge may also apply.
- Previous experience in building material sales / construction-related field sales will be an added advantage.
