Position: Team Leader – Outbound Process

Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore (Near Jayadeva Hospital)

Shift: Normal Shift

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (Negotiable based on last CTC)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility:

Graduation is mandatory

Minimum 5 years of experience in the BPO industry

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Leader in Telesales/Outbound Process

Strong experience in managing outbound sales teams
