NOTE: We are looking for a profile with 12 years of experience in sales in the agriculture industry
Role:To lead end-to-end business scale-up across Retail Branches, Dealers, Subsidy, and
B2B segments, while ensuring profitability, working capital control, and
taluka expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own P&L; for revenue target
2. Drive Gross Margin across product
categories
3. Lead Product management, Retail &
Dealer teams, Subsidy teams, B2B teams & Operations teams
4. Expand presence from 10 to 50 talukas
& plan All India expansion
5. Ensure dealer productivity and retail
conversion
6. Monitor working capital (Debtors,
Inventory turns)
7. Build second-line leadership
