Location: Sector 83, Gurugram

Salary - 20k -upto 35k

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 6month - 1 Year

Industry Preference: Real Estate experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate and handle leads through calls, references, and other sources.

Understand clients' property requirements and suggest suitable options.

Follow up with prospective buyers and convert leads into sales.

Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.

Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients.

Negotiate with customers and support the deal-closing process.

Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

6months - 1 year of sales experience.

Real Estate sales experience will be preferred.

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
