? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Visit customers at their homes/workplaces for overdue payment follow-up and collection.

• Understand customers' financial situations and identify suitable repayment solutions.

• Negotiate repayment plans and installment options with customers.

• Collect payments and maintain proper records/documentation.

• Follow all applicable company policies and debt collection guidelines.

• Regularly update collection status, recovery details, and customer interactions.

• Update CRM feedback & trails accurately after every customer interaction.

• Travel within the assigned area for customer visits.

• Handle customer queries and escalated issues professionally and coordinate with the concerned department when required.
