I. Job description and general duties of Tele caller:

1. Calling all the customers and counseling them for payments

2. Following code of conduct while calling

3. Contact Coding of customers within 3 working days

4. Providing feedback to Manager and team Leader

5. Taking back the non workable pool from field team

6. Tracing customers

7. Passing the traced leads to Field team

8. Ensure collection in traced cases

9. Improvement in Contactable pools

10. Increment in collection
