This position assists end users and operating staff with technical support of desktop / laptop applications and related technology. Support includes specification, installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure continuous availability of all systems, applications, and related infrastructure.
- Installation, configuring and troubleshooting of windows based operating systems.
- Proactively identify and mitigate IT issues from end users related to applications, computer hardware, Printer, Scanner, Wi-Fi and other IT infra related issues in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate positive technical knowledge about IT Infra and business understanding to create superior solutions for end users.
- Track and input time on tickets.
- Maintaining IT Infra assets data using necessary tool.
