- ? Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through job portals, references and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Regularly follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers.
- Handle recruitment targets and achieve monthly hiring goals.
- Coordinate with the internal team for interview and joining updates.
- ✅ Required Skills:Excellent communication and convincing skills




- Good Hindi & basic English communication
- Confident personality and professional attitude
- Good follow-up and candidate-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work with recruitment targets
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
