- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain health insurance plans and benefits clearly.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable policies.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/reporting system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while providing good customer service.
