· Must have valuable knowledge of MS Excel.

· Should have experience working on Transport Management Software /

· Handling vehicle entry, vehicle booking, placement and trip details.

· Maintaining vehicle-wise and trip-wise records.

· Handling POD (Proof of Delivery) related work and following up for pending PODs.

· Handling GR / Bilty and shipment-related documentation.

· Coordinating with customers regarding billing, POD and invoice-related issues.

· Maintaining proper records of transport operations and billing.

· Handling other day-to-day transport operations and billing activities as required.
