Role Description This is a full time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Hyderabad. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to online and walk-in inquiries, and guiding customers through product features, pricing, and offers. The Inside Sales Executive will qualify leads, follow up on prospects, maintain accurate records in the sales system, and coordinate with store and operations teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Daily tasks include explaining product benefits,



addressing customer questions, providing after-sales support, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also requires staying up to date on new product launches, promotions, and market trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong Inside Sales skills, including managing sales pipelines and closing opportunities.
- Experience in Lead Generation and follow-up, with the ability to identify and nurture potential customers.
- Effective Communication skills for phone, in-person, and digital interactions.
- Customer Service skills focused on relationship-building, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Sales skills with a track record of achieving targets and working with incentive-based goals.
- Prior experience selling consumer electronics, especially laptops and smartphones, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Jubliee Hills, including weekends as needed.
- Minimum of a high school diploma in marketing, or a related field is preferred.
