• Carry out day-to-day electrical maintenance and troubleshooting at the office premises.
• Handle electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lights, fans, MCBs, DBs, and other electrical fixtures.
• Identify and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns promptly.
• Install, repair, replace, and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures.
• Check electrical connections and ensure proper functioning of electrical systems.
• Attend to electrical complaints and maintenance requirements from employees/office teams.
• Perform preventive maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and according to standard safety procedures.
• Maintain basic records of electrical repairs, maintenance, and materials used.
• Coordinate with vendors or external technicians whenever specialized electrical work is required.
