ROLE: INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospects, understanding their business needs, and converting leads into customers through effective communication and solution-based selling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls to convert leads

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable SaaS solutions

• Maintain and manage leads through CRM systems





• Follow up with prospects to close sales within defined timelines

• Achieve individual monthly/quarterly sales targets

• Maintain high-quality sales conversations and customer experience

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / B2B or B2C Sales

• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills

• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills

• Ability to understand customer pain points and offer solutions

• Comfortable working with CRM & sales tools

• Experience in SaaS / Digital Marketing sales is a plus
