- Design Translation: Collaborate with designers to interpret collection briefs and create actionable production plans.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee sampling, prototyping, fabrication, stone setting, polishing, and final delivery.
- Timeline & Schedule Tracking: Monitor production schedules against launch calendars and flag potential delays early.
- Material Sourcing: Coordinate the supply of precious metals, raw gold, diamonds, colored gemstones, and components.
- Quality Control (QC): Inspect pieces at various stages of production to minimize reworks, repairs, and rejections.
- Vendor & Artisan Liaison: Work closely with workshop leads, karigars (craftsmen), and external vendors to set explicit expectations.
