Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the real estate sales team.

- Handle and monitor leads through various sales applications and platforms.

- Generate, follow up, and convert property leads.

- Manage property listings and lead databases.

- Track team performance and lead conversion.

- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate property visits.





- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and sales performance.

Requirements

✅ 2–5 years of Real Estate Sales experience

? NoBroker / OLX experience is highly preferred

⭐ Experience handling sales applications, CRM, property portals, or lead management platforms

✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✅ Team handling and leadership skills

✅ Proven experience in achieving sales targets

✅ Valuable knowledge of the Chennai real estate market
