About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Automation professional with 1–2 years of experience to support and manage automation initiatives, improve process efficiency, and reduce manual efforts across business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify repetitive and manual processes that can be automated.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows and solutions.
- Monitor automated processes and troubleshoot issues whenever required.
- Work closely with different teams to understand requirements and improve existing workflows.
- Integrate different tools, software, and platforms to streamline business processes.
- Maintain proper documentation of automation processes and workflows.
- Track automation performance and identify opportunities for further improvement.
- Ensure timely resolution of automation-related issues.
- Support the team in implementing new automation tools and technologies.




- Required Skills1–2 years of relevant experience in Automation / Process Automation / Workflow Automation.
- Good understanding of automation concepts and workflow management.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/platforms will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, and data handling.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and convert them into automated workflows.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with new automation technologies.
