Job Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver Orders: Pick up packages from assigned hubs or stores and deliver them to customer locations safely.
- Customer Service: Handle parcels with care and interact politely with customers.
- App Updates: Update delivery statuses and logs in real time using a smartphone application.
- Navigation: Follow local routes efficiently using GPS mapping tools.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass, depending on the specific location opening.
- Vehicle & License: Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with a valid driving license, vehicle registration (RC), and proper insurance.
- Documents: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, bank account details, and basic employment proofs.
- Age Limit: Generally between 18 and 42 years old.
