Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented SEO Executive to manage and improve our website’s organic visibility, search rankings, traffic, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO, along with knowledge of SEO tools and current search engine algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.

- Perform comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.

- Handle On-Page SEO including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimization, and URL structure.

- Manage Off-Page SEO, link building, backlink analysis, and outreach activities.

- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting rankings and performance.

- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.

- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.





- Coordinate with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.

- Identify new SEO opportunities for products, services, locations, and business pages.

- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and provide actionable insights.

- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

- Improve local SEO and Google Business Profile visibility where required.

Required Skills:

- 5–7 years of proven experience in SEO.

- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.

- Excellent understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.

- Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and reporting skills.

- Experience in real estate, coworking, hospitality, commercial real estate, or related industries will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

Male candidate with strong hands-on SEO experience, a data-driven approach, and a proven track record of improving organic rankings, traffic, and leads.
