Operation & Facility Manager – Hard Services

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Facility Management Manager – Hard Services to manage and supervise all external hard service operations across assigned facilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, protected, compliant, and efficient operation of all technical and engineering services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end hard facility services, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire & safety systems, DG, lifts, BMS and other MEP services.

Supervise external vendors, contractors and service partners; ensure timely execution and quality of work.

Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure equipment, systems and infrastructure remain operational.

Monitor AMC/maintenance schedules, service reports,



documentation and statutory compliance.

Coordinate with clients, internal teams and external agencies for technical requirements and issue resolution.

Track maintenance costs, service performance, materials and manpower requirements.

Ensure adherence to EHS, safety standards, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure prompt corrective action with minimum operational disruption.

Prepare maintenance reports, MIS and periodic performance updates for management.

Required Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of MEP/Hard Services, vendor management, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, team handling, client coordination, safety compliance and facility operations. Relevant degree/diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering preferred.
