Job Description – Team Leader

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: ₹25,000/month

Take-Home: ₹21,000/month

Shift: 9 Hours

Weekly Off: 1 Day

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily store operations.

Manage and guide Picker, Packer, Loader, and Store Executive teams.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.

Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched on time.

Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues.

Check product quality, quantity, and expiry dates.

Resolve day-to-day operational issues and coordinate with the Store Manager.

Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Prepare basic daily performance and operational reports.

Eligibility

10th Pass / PUC / ITI / Diploma / Degree

Positive communication and team-handling skills.

Prior team-handling experience is preferred.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
