Visit Health is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to handle outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers and promote insurance packages and wellness plans.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, explaining relevant product features and benefits, handling objections, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Upsell and upgrade insurance packages and wellness plans.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offerings clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate plans.
- Handle customer objections and drive sales conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call logs in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or a similar sales role.
- Candidates from Insurance / Financial Services will be preferred.
- Solid communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- Experience in handling objections and closing sales.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and reporting.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
