Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Lead – HR Operations to manage end-to-end HR operations, with key responsibility for Hiring, Onboarding, Payroll, Employee

Lifecycle Management, and Statutory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning and sourcing to offer release and joining.
- Drive employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and HRMS updates.
- Manage and coordinate monthly payroll, including attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, and Full & Final Settlement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and etc.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, HR documentation, and lifecycle processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports covering headcount, hiring, attrition, payroll, and other key HR metrics.




- Partner with business leaders and Finance to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, controls, and employee experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant HR Operations experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, and
- Compliance.
- Positive knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory regulations.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
