Job Description

Welcare Medical Centre is looking for a *Medical Representative (MR) / Sales & Marketing Executive* who will be responsible for regular *doctor visitation*, promoting the medical centre's diagnostic services and building strong relationships with doctors to generate patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit *doctors, clinics and medical practitioners* regularly in the assigned area.

* Explain Welcare Medical Centre's *diagnostic services, tests and facilities* to doctors.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors.

* Request and encourage doctors to *refer patients to Welcare Medical Centre* for relevant diagnostic services.

* Cover an assigned territory of approximately *10–20 km* through regular field visits.

* Generate patient referrals through doctor visits and relationship management.

* Follow up regularly with doctors and clinics.

* Maintain daily doctor-visit records and share updates with management.

* Achieve assigned business/patient referral targets.

Candidate Requirements

* *1–3 years of experience* in *Medical Representative (MR), Healthcare Sales,



Sales & Marketing, Field Sales or Healthcare Marketing*.

* *MR candidates with regular Doctor Visitation experience are strongly preferred.*

* Candidates from *Diagnostic Centre, Pathology Lab, Hospital, Healthcare or Medical Services* will be preferred.

* Experience in *doctor relationship management and patient referral generation* will be an advantage.

* Valuable communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

* Comfortable with regular outdoor/field work.

* *Own bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.*

* Must be willing to travel within an approximately *10–20 km territory*.
