We’re looking for energetic, proactive people with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership to help our existing customers get the most out of IntelGrader.
Your role:
- Resolve customer queries and handle objections with clarity and patience.
- Teach customers about platform features and help them use IntelGrader more effectively.
- Build strong relationships and follow up regularly to drive usage.
- Convert interested customers into paid users and encourage upgrades to premium plans.
- Take ownership of customer satisfaction and sales targets.
You should have: Solid communication and persuasion skills, a helpful attitude, and the drive to take initiative. Customer support or sales experience is a plus.
