We are looking for an HR professional with 3+ years of experience to manage hiring, candidate sourcing, and the HR team.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment.

Solid knowledge of sourcing and end-to-end recruitment.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Monster, and other job portals.

Good team management and communication skills.

Advanced knowledge of HR systems, MS Excel, and recruitment tools.

Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Monster, and other job portals.

Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.

Manage and maintain employee attendance and attendance records.





Handle payroll data and payroll coordination.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Manage and support the HR/recruitment team.

Monitor team performance and recruitment activities.

Use HR systems, MS Excel, and other HR tools for daily operations.

Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.

Support employees with day-to-day HR-related queries.

Ensure HR activities are completed accurately and on time.

Salary will be depend on experience and interview performance.
