Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cook to join our restaurant team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Indian and/or international cuisines, food safety standards, and be passionate about preparing quality meals for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards.

Ensure proper presentation and timely delivery of dishes.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.

Assist in menu planning and development.

Follow health and safety regulations as per FSSAI guidelines.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality service.

Handle kitchen equipment responsibly and ensure regular maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a cook or chef in a restaurant.

Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines (Indian, Continental, etc.).

Ability to work under pressure and in a rapid-paced environment.

Understanding of food safety practices.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Culinary diploma or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
