Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prior knowledge in Immigration Counseling and Processing.
- Filing the cases, Taking follow ups for the documents, solving client queries
- Helping Individuals who wanted to relocate internationally
- Maintain solid working client relationships.
- Very good at assisting immigrants with filing paperwork and legal representation in order to obtain work authorization.
- Documentation for visa for US, Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe requirements.
- Handling client queries over the phone and in meetings & emails.
- Daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the forms.
- Immigration filings & process.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills & command of English (Mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with computers and the Internet is a must.
- Passion to learn and grow.
