* Recipe પ્રમાણે machine operate કરવી

* Vacuum, pressure, temperature, gas flow વગેરે parameters monitor કરવા

* H₂, CH₄, N₂, O₂ વગેરે gas system safely handle કરવું

* MFC, pressure controller, valves, gauges વગેરેનું basic understanding

* Plasma condition observe કરવી

* Process દરમિયાન abnormal parameters identify કરવા

* Production logbook / ERP entry maintain કરવી

* 6-hourly machine/process inspection અને reporting

* Growth દરમિયાન colour, plasma, temperature અને અન્ય abnormalities identify કરવી

* Valve checking





* O-ring / seal inspection

* MFC અને sensor basic checking

* Electrical connections inspection

C. Breakdown / Troubleshooting

Operator પોતે basic fault diagnose કરી શકે:

* Vacuum down ન થવું

* Pressure unstable થવું

* MFC reading abnormal

* Gas flow problem

* Valve open/close problem

* Temperature sensor fault

* Plasma ignition problem

* Water-flow / cooling alarm

* Electrical trip

* Sensor / interlock alarm
