Key Responsibilities:
✅ Counsel students on courses, career opportunities & placement assistance
✅ Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into admissions
✅ Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses
✅ Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication
✅ Explain course details, fees, placement opportunities & admission procedures
✅ Maintain lead records and update follow-up status
✅ Coordinate with the placement and training teams
✅ Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets
? Requirements:
? 3 months – 1 year of experience in calling, counselling, sales or any relevant domain
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Robust convincing and counselling abilities
? Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel
? Target-oriented and confident in speaking with students
