We run two stores (Sector 11 and Sector 5 MDC) and supply pet shops and clinics across Panchkula, Zirakpur, Dhakoli, Peer Muchalla and Chandimandir.

Role purposeThe Telecaller is the voice of BARKO on the phone. You will book next-day orders from our wholesale parties, remind them about pending payments, win back parties who have stopped ordering, and follow up with retail and grooming customers so no one is missed.

Key responsibilitiesOrder taking (wholesale)

- Call wholesale parties daily from the party list and book next-day orders for all brands BARKO distributes.
- Close all order-taking by 3:00 PM so the next-day load list can be frozen.
- Enter orders accurately and share them with billing; confirm order details with the party on WhatsApp.

Payments and collections

- Make daily payment-reminder calls to parties with dues, as per the outstanding list.
- Record promised payment dates and follow up on them.

Win-back and growth

- Call at least 2 lapsed parties every day and try to restart orders.
- Inform parties about new products, schemes and excess stock offers.

Retail and grooming customers

- Follow up on pending retail orders and repeat purchases (food, litter, medicines).




- Book and confirm grooming appointments and send reminders.
- Call back Meta ad and WhatsApp leads the same day.

Records and coordination

- Keep a daily call log: calls made, orders booked, payments promised, complaints.
- Pass delivery complaints and discrepancies to the Operations Manager the same day.

- 0–2 years in telecalling, tele-sales or customer support; freshers with clear, confident speech welcome.
- Fluent Hindi and Punjabi; able to talk politely but firmly about payments.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets or Excel, and basic billing software (Tally knowledge a plus).
- Organised, punctual and good with follow-ups.
- Love for pets is a bonus.
- Lives in or near Panchkula, Zirakpur or Chandigarh.
