Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

About the Role
Meridian Projects is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling prospective customers, conducting property presentations and site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
*Generate recent leads through various channels and business networks.
*Contact and follow up with prospective customers.
*Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred location.
*Present suitable residential projects and explain project features, pricing and payment plans.
*Arrange and coordinate property/site visits for customers.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
*Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
*Follow up regularly with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
*Maintain accurate lead and customer information.
*Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
*Coordinate with the pre-sales and sales teams for smooth lead conversion.
*Maintain regular reports of calls, follow-ups, site visits and bookings.
