- Oversee daily shift production schedules to meet volume, quality, and deadline targets.
- Monitor floor operations, assembly lines, and machinery performance to minimize downtime.
- Allocate work assignments and optimize labor utilization across shift operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks or operational delays in real time.
- Ensure manufactured goods comply with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular line inspections and manage non-conforming or defective output.
- Maintain accurate production, output, scrap, and attendance logs.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for planned and corrective machine repairs.
- Communicate shift status, material shortages, and operational issues to plant management.
