Nestopia Interiors is an interior design and execution company focused on creating well-designed, functional, and high-quality interior spaces. We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer who can work closely with Project Managers and take responsibility for smooth site execution.

The ideal candidate should be technically robust, proactive, responsible, and capable of independently handling site activities, coordinating teams, and taking ownership of assigned work.

Role Overview

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day site execution while working closely with the Project Manager. You will ensure that work is carried out as per approved designs, drawings, quality standards, timelines, and project requirements.

The candidate should be capable of supporting the Project Manager on larger projects and, when required, independently handling assigned projects or sites from execution through completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Project Manager to plan and execute interior projects.
- Take responsibility for day-to-day site execution and ensure smooth progress of work.
- Independently handle assigned site activities and projects when required.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor daily work progress.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, designs, specifications, and scope.
- Read and understand 2D drawings, layouts, working drawings, and site details.
- Coordinate and supervise carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, civil workers, false ceiling teams, flooring teams,



and other site workers.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Monitor manpower deployment and ensure sufficient resources are available at the site.
- Check site measurements, dimensions, levels, and execution details before and during work.
- Identify site-level issues and take corrective action proactively.
- Escalate major technical or execution-related issues to the Project Manager at the right time.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Design Team, Procurement Team, vendors, contractors, and clients as required.
- Follow up on material requirements and ensure materials are available at the site as per the execution schedule.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship being used at the site.

1–3 years of relevant experience in interior execution/site engineering.

- Experience in residential interiors, commercial interiors, or turnkey interior projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior execution processes, materials, and construction practices.
- Good understanding of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior works.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
- Good knowledge of measurements, BOQ, material requirements, and site execution.
- Strong site supervision and team coordination skills.




- Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and site teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel for regular site visits within Bangalore.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned work.
- Should be proactive, accountable, and willing to take ownership.
- Should be comfortable working closely with Project Managers and taking independent responsibility when required.
