Avant Garde Industries Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in B2B sales of industrial printing machines, packaging machinery, packaging materials and automation solutions to businesses across India.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Call new and existing business prospects to generate sales opportunities.

2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

3. Explain product features, pricing and commercial benefits.

4. Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through effective follow-ups and negotiation.

5. Handle customer objections and actively ask for order confirmation and payment.

6. Achieve daily calling,



follow-up and monthly sales targets.

7. Maintain accurate customer details, leads, quotations and follow-ups in CRM.

8. Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, payments and order processing.

9. Identify repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

### Candidate Requirements

- Positive communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.

- Confident in customer handling, negotiation and closing sales.

- Target-oriented, disciplined and willing to learn technical products.

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.

- Experience in B2B sales, telesales, industrial products or packaging will be an advantage.
