What the job actually is:

We are hiring for one of the top reputed Life Insurance companies. You will be placed in a partner bank branch and sell life insurance to the bank's customers, working closely with the bank staff.

Key responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with partner bank branch managers and staff
- Generate life insurance business from bank customers and achieve monthly sales, revenue and persistency targets
- Train and support bank staff on life insurance products
- Follow all IRDAI / compliance norms
- Track branch performance and solve customer issues quickly





What we are looking for:

- Graduate (any stream); 1–5 years of sales experience (bancassurance, banking, insurance or financial services preferred)
- At least 1 year in your current or last company (job stability is a must)
- Age 21 to 35 years
- Basic knowledge of equity / financial products
- Positive communication and relationship skills; local candidates of Bengaluru

Compensation: Fixed ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (up to ₹3 LPA) + attractive incentives
