Key Responsibilities

- Visit and engage to introduce company products and services
- Clearly explain financial products and address client queries
- Generate interest and schedule meetings with potential clients
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested prospects
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and conversions
- Submit daily visit reports and performance updates

Key Requirements

- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, field work, or financial compliances
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with client visit and handling client conversations
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B or service-based sales
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Positive follow-up and negotiation skills
