Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Finance/Loan Sales team in Ajmer. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers with loan products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads for loan products.
- Explain loan schemes, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable loan solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.




- Perform occasional field visits as required.
- Candidate RequirementsEducation: 12th Pass & Above
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Prior experience in NBFC, Banking, Finance, or Loan Sales will be an added advantage.
- Salary & BenefitsCTC: ₹19,000 – ₹24,000 per month
- Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives
- Work Environment: Mostly sitting job with limited field visits
- Joining: Immediate
