*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Nursing Operations Incharge to manage end-to-end nursing operations for Gurugram - from caregiver deployment to client satisfaction and field quality checks.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Operations Management:* Manage daily deployment of nurses/caregivers to client locations in Gurugram

- *Field Visits:* Regular client home visits for quality audits, feedback, and issue resolution

- *Client Handling:* Handle new client onboarding, explain care plans, and manage escalations

- *Staff Management:* Supervise nursing staff, schedule duties, leaves, and replacements on urgent basis

- *Recruitment Coordination:* Coordinate with HR team for urgent requirements of nurses/caregivers

- *Training & Quality:* Ensure caregivers follow SOPs, hygiene, and patient care protocols.



Conduct basic training on-field

- *Documentation:* Maintain duty rosters, attendance, client feedback forms, and daily operations reports

- *Business Coordination:* Support sales team for client retention and service extension

*Requirements:*

- GNM / http://B.Sc Nursing / ANM or Graduate with 2-5 years experience in Hospital / Home Healthcare Operations

- Must have experience in managing nurses, caregivers, or field staff

- Valuable communication skills - Hindi & English. Must be comfortable with client interaction

- Must have own bike and be willing to travel locally in Gurugram (Field cum Office role)

- Problem-solving attitude, leadership skills, and ability to handle night calls if required

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting
