Job Description

Rudra Brothers Private Limited is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and coordinate online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have positive computer knowledge, communication skills, and basic experience handling e-commerce portals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, updates, pricing, inventory, and orders on e-commerce platforms.

Handle online portals such as Blinkit, Amazon, Flipkart, and Government e-Marketplace (GeM).

Monitor orders, dispatches, returns, cancellations, and product availability.

Maintain and update daily sales and inventory reports.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely dispatch.

Handle basic portal-related issues and follow up for order/payment-related queries.





Prepare reports and maintain records using MS Excel and MS Word.

Ensure product information, images, pricing, and stock details are updated accurately.

Communicate with marketplace teams and internal departments whenever required.

Requirements

Education: 12th Pass or above.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplace portals.

Experience with Blinkit, GeM, Amazon, Flipkart or similar portals will be preferred.

Good computer and internet handling skills.

Ability to work responsibly and meet daily targets.

Immediate joiners preferred.
