We are looking for a Collection Telecaller responsible for contacting customers regarding pending payments, explaining outstanding dues, and ensuring timely payment collection while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending and overdue payments.

Inform customers about outstanding amounts and payment due dates.

Follow up regularly with customers for payment commitments.

Convince customers to clear their outstanding dues within the agreed timeline.

Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns professionally.

Negotiate payment plans where applicable, as per company policies.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer commitments, and payment status.

Update daily collection reports and follow-up details.

Meet assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Escalate difficult or unresolved cases to the senior/collection manager.

Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and qualified communication standards.
