About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build practical experience in employee records, recruitment, and general HR operations.

Candidates with previous internship experience involving payroll management and attendance management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with maintaining and updating employee attendance records.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.




- Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview coordination.
- Prepare basic HR reports using MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Requirements

- Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA/PGDM/Graduation in HR or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous HR internship experience will be an advantage.
- Exposure to payroll and attendance management is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
